Define the use case, specialty, language and output format. Confirm the appropriate reviewer.
Review a small sample together and agree how the scoring criteria should be applied.
Record scores, supporting explanations and proposed corrections. Resolve or flag uncertainty.
Return structured findings, recurring error patterns and a discussion of the results and limits.
A second review is included only when it is agreed and an appropriately qualified reviewer is available. Each report describes the review actually performed.

DATA SECURITY & COMPLIANCE
Data access and handling requirements belong in the pilot scope. Agree the environment and contractual requirements before sharing review material.
Request a workflow in your virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) or an approved annotation environment. Platform suitability, named-user access and permitted exports are confirmed during scoping.
Set local-download restrictions, retention periods and deletion requirements in the project agreement. A no-local-copy workflow can be assessed against the client environment before access is granted.
Where personal data is involved, confirm the applicable data-processing agreement, processing locations and any subprocessors with your team before access. Security requirements are assessed for the actual project and deployment.
